Abstract
Understanding of the mechanisms underlying the activity and limitations of biochemotherapy remains inadequate. The design of new regimens should be based on emerging knowledge regarding molecular mechanisms of oncogenesis, cancer cell proliferation and survival, and control of apoptosis.
