Abstract

A patient with celiac disease and mesenteric ade‐noputhy discovered on computerized scanning of the abdomen is described. Lymphadenopatby resolved more than 6 months after the institution of a gluten‐free diet. Adenopathy without evidence of lymphoma may be part of the clinical manifestations of patients with celiac disease. Follow‐up with computerized tomography may be an option in patients with low clinical suspicion for lymphoma.
