Abstract

Objectives: This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows:. To assess the efficacy and safety of using ultrasound compared to anatomic landmarks to guide percutaneous access of the common femoral artery (CFA) for the purpose of arterial imaging or treatment.
