Abstract

The Resolver system can be further customised through the software development kit (SDK) and links to external databases (both public and private). Customisation is complemented by the collaboration support in the Resolver system through the use of the workspaces feature, comments and large data warehousing. The Resolver system was designed to be flexible to the needs of different companies and research institutions. The enhancements in the Resolver 5.0 release expand on the customisation available in the application and extend this flexibility. The Resolver system is produced by Rosetta Biosoftware and distributed through Agilent Technologies.
