LeAnn Ogilvie is the Executive Director of the Providence Clinical Academy. With 30+ years of nursing, workforce development, transition to practice and telehealth experience, LeAnn has served in a leader role at local, regional, and system levels. Implementing scalable, outcome driven programs through collaboration and process improvement are amongst her specialties, including achieving and maintaining system-wide program accreditations in nursing excellence (Magnet®, Practice Transition Accreditation Program®, and CNE Provider Unit).
