    Dr. Parvinder Hothi is a Research Scientist and the laboratory manager at the Ben and Catherine Ivy Center for Advanced Brain Tumor Treatment at the Swedish Neuroscience Institute (Seattle, WA). Dr. Hothi received her BSc in Genetics and PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom (UK), and performed her postdoctoral training in Enzymology at the Manchester Institute of Biotechnology (UK). Dr. Hothi's research at the Ivy Center includes developing patient-derived models for studying glioblastoma (GBM) heterogeneity, identifying FDA-approved drug combinations and novel therapeutics for glioblastoma, and translating research findings into clinical trials that are matched to the unique characteristics of a patient’s tumor. As lab manager, Dr. Hothi oversees the daily operations of the Ivy Center Research team.
