Dr. Trisha Saul is the Director of Research and Nurse Scientist for Providence South Division which includes 17 hospitals. She has been a nurse for 18 years and has a rich experience in leading, teaching, and managing research and evidence-based practice. Her philosophy is to inspire and foster nurse confidence and competence in research and clinical scholarship in a fun, supportive environment. Her strengths include structural development to increase EBP and research within hospital-based nurses, providing education and direct support to study teams. Dr. Saul’s personal research focuses on RN mental health, mentoring, and educational needs.
